Care Philosophy: Timothy Steve McElveen, MD, FACS, joined AdventHealth Medical Group from AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC, where he was a general surgeon for over 20 years and previously served as the hospital's Chief of Staff. He is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology and was a William Douglas Memorial Scholarship recipient while earning his medical degree at the USC School of Medicine. Dr. McElveen undertook his internship training at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta and his general surgery residency at Georgia Baptist and Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Virginia, respectively. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 1997 and is a highly rated surgeon with outstanding patient reviews.

Care Philosophy: Dr. McNamee is Board Certified in General Surgery and he specializes in General and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. During his many years at Florida Hospital, he has served in positions such as Chief of Staff Elect, Chief of Surgery and Chairman of the Medical Staff Quality Review Committee at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. Care Philosophy: Mark Casebolt, MD is a board certified general surgeon with over two decades of experience providing general surgical care. He utilizes the latest techniques and procedures and he offers compassionate care to his patients. His specialties include gallbladder removal, hernia surgery, intestinal surgery and wound care. Dr. Casebolt prides himself on giving his patients comprehensive, high level care that exceeds the expectations of the Ocala community.
