Biography: I enjoy rural medicine and working with chronic as well as acute problems. As an osteopathic doctor, I enjoy performing manipulation for patients who need or could benefit from the physical touch. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. I like to perform procedures and practice preventive medicine. My overall philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole person, and I also believe that patient education is an absolute necessity. An office visit could involve a routine checkup, managing chronic conditions or evaluating and treating an acute care need, but at each visit I strive to get to know my patients a little better. I also strive to explain what is going on with patients' health and provide multiple options for treatments (if needed) so they can make the most informed choices for their care.

Biography: As a family medicine physician, I enjoy working with a broad variety of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics. I especially enjoy obstetrics. I tailor care to each patient's individual needs. I think that listening to and answering patients' questions well is so important. I can provide better care if I take the time to learn my patients' unique needs and wishes.
