Dr Tran completed his fellowship training at Moffitt, following a residency in neurosurgery at Medical College of Virginia. He was chief resident his final year. Prior to that, he was affiliated for several years with the University of California-Irvine, where he received a Ph.D. in neuroscience and served as an assistant project scientist. He is a world-renowned expert in the surgical management of gynecologic cancers and other complex gynecologic disorders. He has over 30 years of surgical experience, has published extensively on all aspects of female cancer surgery, and has lectured around the world on these subjects. Dr Hoffman's expertise includes laparoscopic, robotic, open (traditional), and vaginal surgery. After completing his gynecologic oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida, Dr Hoffman stayed as a full-time faculty member until October 2015.

He also obtained a Doctorate degree in Internal Medicine and Therapeutics from Svo Paulo Federal University. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Svo Paulo Federal University and his Clinical Oncology Fellowship at the Svo Paulo University - Svo Paulo Cancer Institute. Dr Biachi de Castria was an attending in the Gastrointestinal Oncology Service at the Svo Paulo Cancer Institute and Sv?rio-Libanv™s Hospital.

Care Philosophy: Dr Julie Kish is a senior member of the Genitourinary Oncology, and Senior Adult Oncology Programs at Moffitt. She also is a professor at the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine. Her research interests include clinical trials for head, neck and genitourinary cancers. Dr Kish received her bachelor's, master's degree and medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in oncology at Wayne State University Affiliated Hospitals. After completing her training, Dr Kish was on the faculty at Wayne State School of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, as well as a physician with Henry Ford Health System in MI.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kuykendall is an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center in the Department of Malignant Hematology. He earned his MD from University of Florida College of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Florida and a subsequent Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida. He primarily focuses his clinical and research efforts on myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), MDS/MPN overlap syndromes and systemic mastocytosis (SM) where he is dedicated to developing novel, disease-modifying therapies for these rare diseases.

Care Philosophy: Dr Chatwal earned her MD at Florida State University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Emory University School of Medicine, followed by a Hematology Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Dr Chatwal's clinical focus is the medical oncology management of patients with genitourinary malignancies, particularly prostate cancer. Her research focus is on prostate cancer clinical trials and outcomes. Dr Chatwal also has a practical and research interest in the important issue of provider burnout.
