She stayed in New York to complete her internship at Peninsula General Hospital and then residency in Family Medicine at Bay Shore Hospital. Dr. Kasch returned to San Diego and joined Arch Health Partners, formerly Centre for Health Care, in 1994. She enjoys the specialty of Family Medicine because it allows her to make a difference for patients of all ages.
