Dr. Tullius received his medical degree at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha Nebraska after completing a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio.
