Biography: Dr. Seema Shah is board certified in infectious disease and internal medicine and has been in practice for over 30 years.She attended Stanford University and the University of Puerto Rico graduating in 1983. Dr. Shah then moved to Houston and completed an internal medicine residency and infectious disease fellowship, both at Baylor College of Medicine.During her career, Dr. Shah has served as a Department Chairman for the MacGregor Medical Association and Infectious Disease Committee Chairman for Houston Methodist Hospital. She is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University College of Medicine and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Houston Methodist Institute for Academic Medicine.Dr. Shah currently serves as the Houston Astros Team Infectious Disease Specialist.
