Biography: Maxim Danilevich, MD is an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon in the Kingwood and Conroe areas. Dr. Danilevich received a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine and did his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Danilevich completed his medical training with a fellowship in Orthopedics Trauma from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Danilevich believes that by helping patients better understand their condition and options leads to the best informed decisions and care treatment plans. He returned to the Tomball/Woodlands area after being an associate professor of upper extremity surgery at Scott & White Hospital. There he instructed residents and young surgeons on the latest techniques and trauma care for upper extremity injuries. Throughout his career, he has learned, performed and researched the most advanced, cutting-edge techniques in hand and upper extremity care providing care for several Major League Baseball teams and serving as one of the team physicians for the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. Biography: Dr. Taylor L. Gist is a board certified neurosurgeon licensed in the state of Texas. He is a native Texan who was born in Irving and raised in Southlake, a suburb of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro-plex.Dr. Gist attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas on an academic scholarship where he was selected into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
