Biography: Jeremy Starr DO was raised in the Tremonton and Providence areas.At the age of 12, his family moved to Montana where he finished high school and still considers this home. After residency, he practiced rural family medicine, including emergency medicine and obstetrics, in Kemmerer, Wyoming for 12 years. Dr. Starr loves the variety of family medicine and being able to provide complete care for the entire family, from newborns to older adults. Dr. Starr offers Osteopathic manipulation in his practice along with many other office- based procedures.
