Biography: Dr. Sheu, joined the practice in 2021. She received her medical degree from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Advocate Illinois Masonic Center in Chicago, IL. She then completed two fellowships at the University of Kentucky: Hepatology and Gastroenterology. Dr. Sheu is of Taiwanese descent but was born and raised in Guatemala. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Dr. Sheu enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.

Care Philosophy: I believe in treating every patient like a family member. I also believe that if you listen to your patients, they will tell you what is wrong. Treat the patient, not the lab.
