Biography: Born in India, I was brought up in a family of engineers and businessmen. Becoming a doctor was something I wanted to do since my very early childhood. I did my med-school and training in general surgery in India prior to moving to the U.S. I spent nine years in St. Louis before moving to Denver. I moved to Denver because of the mountains. Fun Facts: I have hiked up to the base camp of Mount Everest in the Himalayas. I would like to be able to climb the fourteeners in Colorado.

Biography: Vladimir Pech, MD, enjoys spending time with and getting to know his patients. He actively listens to their health concerns and working alongside them, together they develop a treatment plan unique to their goals. Dr. Pech provides care to adult patients, from chronic disease management to treating acute illness to preventive care. Dr. Pech is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who earned a Doctor of Medicine from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, finishing with honors. Dr. Pech started his clinical career in the Department of Transplant Nephrology at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague. In 2002, he moved for a postdoctoral research fellowship in physiology at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then completed another research fellowship in the renal division of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. An interest in clinical medicine brought Dr. Pech to AdventHealth Hospital in Orlando, Florida, where he completed his internal medicine residency. He remained associated with Florida Hospital until 2018 when he joined Rocky Mountain Family Medicine and Urgent Care in Colorado. In 2023, Dr. Pech reunited with Advent Health in Colorado. He is the author of more than 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Pech enjoys being outdoors in nature, hiking, swimming, skiing, and climbing. He also loves spending time with his family and their dog.
