Biography: Rawn Salenger, MD, is a faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a cardiac surgeon in the Division of Cardiac Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Salenger performs the full array of adult cardiac surgical services with a special interest in complex valve surgery and coronary bypass surgery. Previously, Dr. Salenger served as the Director of Valve Surgery at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Suffern, New York where he established a multi-disciplinary Heart Valve Team. Dr. Salenger graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Union College/Albany Medical College Seven Year Medical Program in 1995. He completed his cardiothoracic surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts, and subsequently, a fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He has published medical literature on minimizing stroke risk during bypass surgery as well as a book chapter on patient care after heart surgery.

He specializes in coronary artery bypass surgery, aortic valve repair and replacement, mitral valve repair or replacement, thoracic aneurysm surgery, and other cardiac surgery. Dr. Finney wasrecognized as ``Top Doctor`` in the Cardiac Surgery category in the November 2020 issue ofBaltimoremagazine.

Biography: Charles F. Evans, MD, is a cardiothoracic surgeon with UM St. Joseph Medical Group. Dr. Charles Evans diagnoses and provides the latest surgical treatments for a full range of heart conditions. Dr. Evans has a special interest and advanced training in aortic surgery.
