Care Philosophy: I am passionate about treating various orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. I work with people of all ages and with all different conditions and injuries that are affecting their lives in a physical manner. I am a former college baseball player and enjoy working with active individuals of all levels. My approach to physical therapy is to improve physical function through individualized exercise and treatment in order to rebuild confidence in your body and achieve your goals.

Care Philosophy: I am a fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in the surgical treatment of knee and shoulder disorders. My clinical interests include rotator cuff tears, shoulder arthritis, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears, and meniscus tears. My goal as an orthopedic surgeon is to return patients back to their pre-injury levels and doing the things that they enjoy doing most. I take a patient-first approach to understand the problem, patient goals, and use a shared-decision making model to develop an appropriate treatment plan.

Care Philosophy: As a physical therapist, I utilize a combined approach of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises/activities to help patients achieve their goals. I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. My clinical interests include lower extremity rehabilitation, sports medicine and overhead/throwing athletes. My treatment philosophy focuses on empowering and educating patients on how to manage their condition independently so they can return to doing the activities that they love. I also believe that the patient is always right. The patient has all the answers, and it is my job as a physical therapist to identify these answers.
