Biography: Frantz Lerebours, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Lerebours specializes in orthopedic trauma surgery and fracture surgery. With a background in sports medicine, he has expertise in treating both fractured bones and surrounding soft tissues. He is fluent in English and Haitian Creole. Dr. Lerebours joined Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute from Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was an attending physician. During his time in Los Angeles, Dr. Lerebours provided sports medicine team coverage for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Kings. A first-generation Haitian American, Dr. Lerebours participates in medical mission trips to Haiti. He also serves on the board of advisors for Orthopaedic Relief Services International and as a preceptor for the Nth Dimensions Summer Internship. Dr. Lerebours has been honored with numerous awards, including the Southern California Super Doctors ``Rising Stars`` Award, the Ralph Lusskin Resident Teacher of the Year Award, the Charles H. Epps Award for Excellence in Orthopaedic Surgery, the Dr. Wilbur Strickland Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine and the Dr. Merton B. Anderson Award for Excellence in Pathology. Additionally, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and named executive chief resident during his residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. His research has been published in peer-reviewed publications, including Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine and the American Journal of Sports Medicine. He has also contributed to medical textbooks. Dr. Lerebours' approach to patient care is to look at the entire patient. He notes that many patients with traumatic injuries are dealing with not only physical injuries, but emotional stress as well. He considers factors like their social situation and vocation when helping a patient rehabilitate from an injury. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Lerebours enjoys hiking, traveling, stand-up paddleboarding and following global finance.

Biography: Annie Weber, M.D., is an orthopedic hand surgeon, specializing in fracture management, arthritis, nerve compression, joint replacement and microsurgery, at Baptist Health. Prior to joining Baptist Health in 2022, Dr. Weber completed her hand and upper extremity fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. During her residency, she received the University of Maryland Resident Researcher of the Year award and an AOTrauma North America's 2019 Resident Research grant. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. A strong believer in giving back to the community, Dr. Weber served as a mentor for the University of Maryland School of Medicine Orthopaedic Interest Group, a counselor at Camp Open Arms and a member of the University of Maryland Medical Center Orthopaedics Resident Education Improvement Committee. Dr. Weber believes in building trusting, open and informative patient-physician relationships. With evidence-based, understandable healthcare plans, she provides the best treatment option to meet individual goals. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Weber enjoys activities on the water – sailing, snorkeling and SCUBA diving.
