I recently joined Mount Sinai in 2013 after serving over 15 years as an attending physician and partner at the Spine Institute of Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. As a physiatrist, Dr. Leung specializes in spine and nerve disorders. With a special interest in cancer management and rehabilitation, Dr. Leung provides the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and continuity of care within the framework of Columbia University Iriving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian. He is devoted to expert diagnosis and treatment for improved patient outcomes and is committed to delivering state-of-the-art neurological care with compassion and sensitivity to the needs of patients and their families.

Dr. Saulle hails from Yonkers New York and enjoys a variety of sports, music, cooking and backpacking.

Biography: Dr. Haffey received his BA in Literature and Literary Studies in University of Colorado in 2002. He then obtained his DO degree in West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed his internship at Stony Brook Medicine-Southampton Hospital, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia/Cornell in 2020. After his Fellowship focusing on Pain Medicine, Dr. Haffey joined Columbia University Medical Center in May 2021 and Weill Cornell Medicine in February 2025 up to present.
