Biography: Dr. Blando is a board-certified physician, specializing in family medicine. She was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. After earning her medical degree from Emilio Aguinaldo College of Medicine, Dr. Blando moved to the United States, where she completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Flower Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Blando enjoys the specialty of Family Medicine because it allows her to see patients of all ages with various needs. She gets great joy from seeing her patients get well and succeed in their goals. Dr. Blando believes that every patient has a story to tell and her role is to listen and learn as much from her patients as they learn from her. In her spare time, Dr. Blando enjoys swimming, reading, playing tennis and white water rafting. She is also fluent in Tagalog.

A native San Diegan, Dr. Kasch moved to the east coast to attend medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She stayed in New York to complete her internship at Peninsula General Hospital and then residency in Family Medicine at Bay Shore Hospital. Dr. Kasch returned to San Diego and joined Arch Health Partners, formerly Centre for Health Care, in 1994. She enjoys the specialty of Family Medicine because it allows her to make a difference for patients of all ages. Dr. Kasch's philosophy is to promote healthy living and lifestyle changes for her patients. She enjoys working with her patients to figure out what is ailing them and helping people make decisions about their health care options. She is fluent in German and Spanish. In her spare time, Dr. Kasch enjoys horseback riding, yard work, and volunteering with a therapeutic horseback riding program.
