Biography: James Dunlap, MD, MBA, is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Biography: Ian K. White, MD received his Doctor of Medicine from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. White completed his neurosurgery residency at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN. He is board certified in neurosurgery. Dr. White is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and American Medical Association.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Quinones believes that although some spinal conditions are emergent or urgent and require surgical intervention, most spine problems do not go on to surgery. He will only offer surgery if he truly believes it will help his patients. He does not force surgery on anyone. The patient and Dr. Quinones will make the decision together on the best surgical option for the patient. We will look for minimally invasive options if possible but also make sure to provide a durable solution to minimize the chances of needing surgery in the future and provide long-term pain relief. Biography: Rabindra Kitchener, MD graduated medical school at Christian Medical College Hospital in Vellore, India. He completed his neurology residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH where he also completed a clinical fellowship in neuromuscular disease. Dr. Kitchener is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He is board certified in neurology. Dr. Kitchener has been serving the Troy and Sidney community for more than 35 years.

Biography: Lois Krousgrill, MD, is a neurologist in Troy, OH at The Clinical Neuroscience Institute - UVMC. Dr. Krousgrill completed her medical training from Wright State University School of Medicine. She was a resident in medicine and pediatrics at Indiana University and completed her neurological residency at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She was an assistant professor in pediatric neurology for seven years then joined in neurology practice with Rabindra Kitchener MD Inc in 2008. Dr. Krousgrill is board certified in adult neurology with special emphasis in child neurology. Her interests include central nervous system infections, adults with special needs, and children with special needs who are transitioning to adult care.

Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. She brings 7 years nursing experience with a background in neurology, progressive care, trauma and emergency medicine.

Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT in 2016 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College in Piqua, OH in 2013. Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. She was also a finalist for Outstanding First Year Medical Student.

Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. Biography: Andrew Toller, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Wright State University and Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Findlay. Mr. Toller is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Ohio Physician Assistants Association (OAPA), and the University of Findlay Physician Assistant Student Society (PASS). He volunteers for Findlay Habitat for Humanity, Wilson Memorial Volunteer Program, Russia High School Cross Country, and Sidney Alpha Community Center Soup Kitchen. Biography: Joyce Tebbe, MSN, APRN, ACNP-C, attended Wright State University where she studied to become an acute care nurse practitioner. She has worked in various capacities over the past 25 years both as a nurse practitioner in primary care as well as the specialty settings of cardiology and nephrology, and as a registered nurse in a cardiac catheterization lab and intensive care unit. She has also participated in clinical research involving new medications and medical devices. Ms. Tebbe is a long-time resident of Covington where she and her husband have raised three children. They enjoy spending their spare time with friends, family and grandchildren.
