Care Philosophy: I grew up playing sports and played softball at Stony Brook University (D1) for 4 years. While playing in college I sustained injuries and spent time with orthopedic surgeons and PT which really initiated my interest in Orthopedics and showed me the importance of a good patient/provider relationship which I hope to have with our patients. Patient autonomy and providing clear education and treatment options to patients is of the utmost importance to the way I practice medicine.

Care Philosophy: As a primary care provider (PCP), my goal is to offer personalized, evidence-based recommendations to support your overall health; to this end, getting to know you, creating a safe space, and developing a positive, trusting relationship is critical. My hope is for you to feel I have your back in the twists and turns of your health (and life) journey- and for our practice to serve as a medical home base.
