Dr. Alyea strives to provide the highest quality care using the latest techniques in an evidence based manner, and to serve patients through a collaborative, shared decision model developed through open and honest communication with the informed patient. Dr. Alyea is a candidate member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Western Orthopaedic Association, Wilderness Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. Dr. Alyea was an assistant team physician for the Dallas Mavericks during the 2018-19 season. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, archery, snowboarding and other outdoor activities.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Larisa Martin is board certified in family medicine. Having chosen to be a physician nearly 25 years ago, Dr. Martin remained devoted to her calling. After working as an Otolaryngologist in Russia for eight years, she expanded her scope of practice to acute care and later to family medicine. She is fascinated with family medicine, which gives her a view of the entire person, allows her to use her surgical skills in office procedures and provides a sense of belonging to a community.
