Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.

Biography: James Dunlap, MD, MBA, is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life. Dr. Dunlap believes in empowering patients through education and shared decision-making, ensuring they understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery. He collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and pain specialists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.
