Biography: Dr. Derek Farr, DO is an orthopedic surgery doctor who practices in Ocala, FL. He is 45 years old and has been practicing for 17 years. Dr. Farr is affiliated with HCA Florida Ocala Hospital?, HCA Florida West Marion Hospital and Munroe Regional Medical Center.

Care Philosophy: Orthopaedic Specialty Care was established in 2006 as the sole practice of Christopher Manseau, MD. Dr. Manseau - who is a board certified and sports medicine, upper extremity reconstruction fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon - has been practicing in the Ocala/Marion County area since 1997. Orthopaedic Specialty Care treats patients of all ages and with all forms of orthopaedic issues, including operative and non-operative care. Dr. Manseau specializes in cutting-edge arthroscopic surgery and other minimally-invasive procedures, treatment of complex upper extremity injuries - including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand - and specializes in sports medicine injuries, workman's compensation and general fracture care.
