Biography: Andrew Knudsen joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2015. A specialist in Podiatry, he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. He attended medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH. He completed his residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket, RI. Biography: Dr. Hamar joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2014. A specialist in Family Medicine, he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He received his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. He completed his residency at the University of North Dakota Center for Family Medicine. Dr. Hamar is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, and the National Golden Key Honor Society. His personal interests include hiking/backpacking, skiing (snow & water), and travel .

Biography: Dr. Ryan Clauson joined Mid Dakota Clinic in May of 2018. He attended Medical School at the University of North Dakota where he also completed his Residency in Family Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has professional interests in chronic disease management and disease prevention and health management , providing personal comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. He also performs minor office-based procedures. Dr. Clauson is an Associate Professor for the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program. He is also a member of the North Dakota Medical Association, the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Sixth District Medical Society. Dr. Clauson enjoys camping, cycling, golf, watching college hockey and spending time with his wife and their three children

Biography: Dr. Gustafson joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 2014. A specialist in Family Medicine, she is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University North Dakota. She completed her residency at the University of North Dakota Center for Family Medicine. Dr. Gustafson is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians American Medical Association. Her professional interests include dermatology, minor office procedures, and women's health and contraceptive care.

Biography: Dr. Seifert joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in October 1999, and practices at the Kirkwood Mall Clinic. Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, she completed her residency in Family Practice at UND Family Practice Center, Bismarck. Dr. Seifert has a special interest in osteoporosis and serves on the board of the Mid Dakota Osteoporosis Center. Dr. Seifert received her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She completed her degree in biology with honors at Montana State University. She previously was a lab technician at the Energy and Environmental Research Center in Grand Forks and a research assistant at the University of Texas, Galveston. Dr. Seifert received the Family Physicians Research Award and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, ND Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and North Dakota Medical Association. She is the recipient of the Pediatric Clinical Recognition Award, the Glascow Memorial Award, Mosby Book Award, and the Grand Forks Clinical Award. Dr. Seifert is licensed to practice family medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Biography: Dr. Traxinger joined the Family Medicine department at Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 2011. A native of Minot, ND, Dr. Traxinger's interest in the medical field began with her work experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Nursing Home in Minot. She went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and forensic science from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. Dr. Traxinger completed a family medicine residency at the UND Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck in 2011. Dr. Traxinger is certified in BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She is licensed to practice family medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Biography: Dr. Kelly Longie joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in September 2008. A native of Tioga, ND, Dr. Longie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, where he also completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the UND Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck and received the Best of the Best Award for Most Helpful Resident from St. Alexius Medical Center in March 2006. Certified in ATLS, ACLS and PALS, Dr. Longie is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. He is licensed to practice Family Medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Biography: Dr. Robert Tanous joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 1997. A native of California, Dr. Tanous received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, where he graduated with honors. He completed his internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center Program in Phoenix, Arizona, and is board-certified in his specialty. Dr. Tanous has been listed in the ``Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges`` and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Student Association and American College of Physicians.Dr. Tanous is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Biography: Dr. Hebert joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2002, and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in osteoporosis and serves on the board of the Mid Dakota Osteoporosis Center. A native of Mandan, ND, Dr. Hebert graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary, where he earned the Leadership Award, was a member of the Kappa Gamma Pi National Honor Society, and was recognized as Outstanding Senior in the Math/Science Division. He attended the University of Minnesota, receiving a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology. Dr. Hebert received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, attaining two scholarships and the Family Medicine Project Research Award. Dr. Hebert completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Veterans Affairs and MeritCare Hospitals in Fargo, ND, where he was selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and also received the Excellence in Research Award. He has co-authored several articles in peer reviewed medical journals and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the UND School of Medicine where he was given the Dean's Recognition Award for his commitment to teaching medical students.Dr. Hebert is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
