Biography: Dale Jafari, DNP, FNP-BC, formerly Dale Greenhawk Reddish, welcomes women aged 12 and older to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Group Women's Health gynecology practice at UM Shore Regional Health. She is a nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in women's health. In 2018, she graduated of the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa with a doctor of nursing practice degree. Her scholarly project focused on a risk reduction intervention for HPV related cancers in rural Maryland. The direct provider to patient intervention with recommendation for the HPV vaccine increased the percentage of women in the practice who initiated the vaccine series. Dale is native to the Eastern Shore and makes her home in Easton with her husband and their St. Bernard. They enjoy travel, spending time with their granddaughters and relaxing on the water.

Biography: For as long as she can remember, Michell Jordan wanted to be a nurse. Her mother is a nurse and she grew up begging to look in the windows of the nursery at the hospital where her mother worked. Michell volunteered in that same nursery as a high school student. She began working as a nurse in labor and delivery in 1998, and became a nurse-midwife in 2006 to foster that dream. Throughout her career, she's had the opportunity to work in many settings, including home hospice, rural health care for maternity care and a high-risk federally qualified health center. In 2015, Michell completed her DNP at The George Washington University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This expanded her spectrum of care and helped to provide continuity for all her patients.
