Biography: Dr. Greg Bailey completed his residency at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and has been practicing in Gainesville since 1990. He is board certified in Gynecology and a member of the American Urogynecology Society. He founded the Women's Pelvic Health, LLC in 2005. Dr. Bailey is also a preceptor for Medtronic training other physicians in Interstim, which is an FDA-Approved implanted device (pacemaker for the bladder) for the overactive bladder symptoms, urgency, frequency, urge incontinence and urinary retention.

Biography: Dr. Kelli Ross, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in Gainesville, FL. She is 56 years old and has been practicing for 30 years. Dr. Kelli Ross, MD is affiliated with HCA Florida North Florida Hospital.

Biography: Dr. Hatfield is the newest member of our NFWP team and has been with us since 2014. Raised in Iowa, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame and lived in South Korea for a year as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar before attending Duke University Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency and became a faculty member at UF Health Jacksonville. She is a recipient of the Univeristy of Florida Golden Apple Teaching Award, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Award for Special Excellence in Endoscopy Procedures and the Duke Medicine Al Thenayan Scholarship. Her published works include Sonographic Cervical Assessment to Predict the Success of Labor Induction and Neurocognitive Findings in Prader-Willi Syndrome and Early-Onset Morbid Obesity.Dr. Hatfield's husband studies hurricanes as a faculty member at UF, and together they spend most of their free time corralling their three young daughters.A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she specializes in adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management and caring for expectant mothers.

Care Philosophy: Women's Group of North Florida started in 2018 as a Residency Practice affiliated with the University of Central Florida. We want to make all patients feel welcome and give them the health care needed to make life better. Our services are sexual health, family planning, menopause care, gender transition counseling and more. We care for patients at all income levels, at all stages of immigration, all kinds of health insurance or no health insurance, and all demographic identifiers.
