Dr. Bauer worked at McLaren Hospital for approximately twelve years, and for most of that time served as the Medical Director of the inpatient psychiatric unit. After leaving Michigan, Dr. Bauer took a position with Atrium Behavioral Health-Davidson, doing outpatient work, for approximately two years. Dr. Bauer has joined LifeStance Health August 1, 2022, he is working out of the Denver, NC outpatient clinic doing both in-person and virtual visits
