Biography: Kayleigh, our Midwife from the Midwest, comes to us from the cornfields of Central Illinois. Prior to beginning her midwifery career, she attended the University of Illinois (I-L-LI-N-I!) for both her BSN and MSN. It was while working as an RN that she found her passion for Women's Health. Kayleigh enjoys being able to care for women throughout the lifespan, especially during their pregnancies and deliveries. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives & is board certified for midwifery by the American Midwifery Certification Board. Kayleigh is looking forward to serving the women of Middle Tennessee. She is currently accepting new patients & advice on the correct usage of the word "y'all. Kayleigh and her husband are exploring their new hometown, enjoying the live music & culinary delights that Nashville has to offer. They are very excited about making Music City their HOME. Kayleigh loves to visit her family & friends & catch the occasional baseball game. Go Cubs Go!

Biography: Angie, a Tennessee native, was in the first graduating class of the Vanderbilt Midwifery Program. At that time, she had no idea that her journey would include working in private practice to academic medicine and back to her first love; private practice. She & her husband were high school sweethearts. They share two children, six grandchildren, and a sweet Corgi named Lucy. Upon becoming empty-nesters, Angie & her husband wandered away to the Pacific Northwest for a few years. There, Angie cared for high risk moms. She is happy to be back working with moms throughout their reproductive life.Angie is excited to meet y'all and to share gardening tips as she readjusts to the Tennessee weather. Forever a student, she is always looking to broaden her gardening knowledge. Store bought just isn't quite the same!
