Biography: Neva Dehart, CNM, MSN, NPWH received a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Certified Nurse Midwife and a certificate as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Before joining our practice in 2011, Neva worked in the Family Beginnings Birthing Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. Neva is accepting new patients. Biography: Kelly Welsh, APRN-CNP, CNM is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2013 and her Postgraduate Certificate in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY in 2021. Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in 2008. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and as a Certified Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board. Kelly provides full-spectrum midwifery care, including all gynecological procedures and comprehensive birth control options. As a midwife, Kelly is passionate about attending births at Miami Valley Hospital. She also manages primary care needs and cares for women of all ages. She received her Associated Degree in Nursing from Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, FL in 2007. Janece is certified as a nurse midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board.

Biography: Paige Short, CNM earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Midwifery in 2021, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in 2016, all from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. Paige is board certified as a nurse midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board. She brings five years of obstetrical nursing experience to her career as a certified nurse midwife.

Biography: Regina Jones, CNM received her Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse-Midwife from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY in 2024 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2019. Regina is a board-certified nurse midwife. Shas been a registered nurse since 2019. Regina brings five years as a labor and delivery nurse to her career as a certified nurse midwife. Regina is certified in the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Neonatal Resuscitation Program. She has training in IUD insertion and removal. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health, American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM), National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), National Black Midwives Alliance (NBMA), and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
