Care Philosophy: Dr. Rafii believes strongly in the principle of delivering thoughtful, detailed, and compassionate medical care that is individualized to the unique needs of each patient. Throughout his medical career, he has been guided by the desire to treat his patients with the same care and expertise that he would wish for himself and his family. He also values the principle of life-long learning, and holds a volunteer faculty position at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center where he teaches and supervises surgical residents on a regular basis. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and a post-graduate fellow with the American Laryngological Association.
