Care Philosophy: Jeffrey C. Chiu, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando. He performs all types of general surgery procedures, with a special emphasis on minimally invasive approaches to breast, endocrine and gastrointestinal conditions. Dr. Chiu earned his medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine and undertook his general surgery residency at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) in Orlando, where he himself was born.

Care Philosophy: Timothy Steve McElveen, MD, FACS, joined AdventHealth Medical Group from AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC, where he was a general surgeon for over 20 years and previously served as the hospital's Chief of Staff. Care Philosophy: Jonah White, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. He earned his medical degree at Tulane University and completed his residency at AdventHealth in Orlando, where he earned the Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident Award and Joseph Portoghese Resident of the Year Award. He most recently completed his fellowship training with Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina. Dr. White specializes in advanced hernia surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, upper gastrointestinal surgery, and broad-based general surgery using a variety of advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Alexandros Coutsoumpos is a general surgeon with advanced training in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. After receiving his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in general surgery, achieving the rank of Chief Resident.
