Biography: As a family medicine physician, I take pride in providing care for the full family. This includes newborns to grandparents and everyone in between. I also provide obstetric care. Providing a safe and fun delivery day is always one of my favorite parts of being a doctor. In addition to being a clinic doctor, I also provide care in the hospital. I enjoy being able to care for people in both the hospital and clinic to make sure they have a good transition of care once they leave the hospital. Other interests of mine include mental health care, dermatologic care and caring for chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension and COPD. It is my belief that relationships are at the center of good health care. It's important to me to learn about you, your family and your life.

Biography: Early in my career, I started delivering babies and working in pediatrics. As a family practice doctor, I enjoy working with many types of people and areas of medicine, and I especially like working with the elderly. Throughout the years, I have come to see that people are on a journey, going through various stages, learning to cope with different stressors, and I want to help them progress in a healthy way. Patients have many transitions in life, and I want to be there with them wherever they are on their journey. Some of my specialty areas include endocrinology, diabetes, mental health, chronic ulcers and wound care. Patients say one thing they appreciate about me is how I take time to listen to their concerns and find out who they are as people, understanding their obstacles and goals in life. I use communication and personalized goal-setting to help my patients overcome their problems. I also take a team approach, working with nurses, specialists and others to provide the best possible care. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family. I have four kids, and I have been involved in formal activities such as Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. I play the violin, and I support my kids' musical activities as well. We also like hiking and being out in nature. I am a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Biography: As a family medicine clinician, I love hearing an individual's story. I believe there is so much to be gained by sitting down, actively listening, and validating someone's lived experience. In doing so, I am better able to understand where my patient is coming from, along with the direction that we will journey towards next. Some of my favorite moments in medicine come when the computer is closed and the sole focus is the person/family sitting in front of me. My practice consists of full-spectrum outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and obstetrics and newborn care. As an avid cyclist and runner (also a big hockey fan), I also have a particular interest in sports medicine for all ages.
