Biography: Dr. Forney is a board-certified family medicine physician who graduated from St. George's University. With a passion for building lasting relationships with patients, she is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for all ages. From newborns to seniors, Dr. Forney is equipped to handle a wide range of medical needs. Dr. Forney specializes in pediatric to geriatric services, chronic conditions management, preventative screenings, annual exams, sports physicals, children's wellness exams, and Medicare wellness exams. She believes in taking the time to understand each patient's individual needs and goals. By partnering with patients, she strives to deliver personalized care that promotes overall health and well-being. Outside of her practice, Dr. Forney has three children, two boys and a girl. Although she was not born in Indiana, she considers herself to be a Hoosier at heart.
