Dr. Lo strives to improve the lives of men and women of all ages through detail-oriented cosmetic procedures that help them feel their very best.Dr. Los lengthy career is rich with experience in a wide range of settings. Growing up in Wisconsin, he attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison. After graduation, he completed a General Surgery residency at Huron Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio.Dr. Lo then spent four years serving in the United States Air Force, where he was Chief of General Surgery at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. After attaining the rank of Major, he received an Honorable Discharge and then did a fellowship in Wound Healing and Reconstruction at Cooper University Hospital/UMDNJ in Camden, NJ.It was with this background that Dr. Lo was then accepted to the prestigious Plastic Surgery fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland, in association with Case Western Reserve University. There, he learned from some of the best and most respected Plastic Surgeons in the world.Dr. Lo continues to learn from leading experts by attending several conferences a year, both in-person and online. He is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine. Care Philosophy: Dr. Collins was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. His undergraduate studies were completed at Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina in 1976. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1979. His internship and residency in general surgery were served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Collins completed a post-graduate fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1984. Dr. Collins is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Pinellas County Medical Society and the Society for Vascular Surgery. His special interests include peripheral vascular disease, surgical critical care and laparoscopic surgery.
