Dr. Fernandez has been recognized for her medical contributions to the Three Hundred Thousand Miracles (eye surgeries performed in underserved populations in Venezuela) and as part of an International medical brigade caring for the victims of Hurricane Stan in Guatemala. Dr. Dor earned his medical degree from the Technological University of Santiago (UTESA) in 2007. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. Before joining us in 2024, Dr. Dor practiced at Chen Senior Medical Center in North Miami, FL, where he provided comprehensive and effective primary care to a diverse patient population. Previously, he served at Valley Baptist Physician Network in Brownsville, TX, and Tri-County Family Medicine in Dansville, NY. Dr. Dor is passionate about improving seniors' quality of life through attentive, patient-centered care. Dr. Dor chose medicine to help improve people's lives. He believes that taking the time to listen to his patients is crucial in improving their health and quality of life. Outside of work, Dr. Dor enjoys reading books, spending time with his family, and listening to music.
