Biography: Dr. Baker is a board-certified family physician who is committed to bridging the gaps in primary care, one patient at a time. She truly believes in competent and compassionate, patient-centered preventative healthcare and provides all of her patients with high quality care. She attended Indiana University School of Medicine for medical training and completed her residency at Georgia South Family Medicine Residency program located in Moultrie, GA. Through practicing in family medicine, Dr. Baker has enjoyed building long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families, which range from newborns to elderly adults. When not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog, Chance. Her other hobbies include painting and interior decorating.
