I'm here to help guide my clients to make better food choices and to motivate them to do any type of physical activity they are able to do!"

Care Philosophy: "I work with women, trans and nonbinary folx in any body size (fat, plus-size, larger-bodied, smaller-bodied, whatever size-bodied) who are ready to shed the apps, diets, cleanses and meal plans in pursuit of greater food freedom, self-compassion, and empowerment. In my experience, healing happens within trusted relationships. My goal is to put in the work to build that rapport and trust with each one of my clients. I bring authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and humor to our work together."
