Biography: Percy Lo, MD, FACS, is an award-winning, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Allure Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Lo strives to improve the lives of men and women of all ages through detail-oriented cosmetic procedures that help them feel their very best.Dr. Los lengthy career is rich with experience in a wide range of settings. Growing up in Wisconsin, he attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison. After graduation, he completed a General Surgery residency at Huron Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio.Dr. Lo then spent four years serving in the United States Air Force, where he was Chief of General Surgery at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. After attaining the rank of Major, he received an Honorable Discharge and then did a fellowship in Wound Healing and Reconstruction at Cooper University Hospital/UMDNJ in Camden, NJ.It was with this background that Dr. Lo was then accepted to the prestigious Plastic Surgery fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland, in association with Case Western Reserve University. There, he learned from some of the best and most respected Plastic Surgeons in the world.Dr. Lo continues to learn from leading experts by attending several conferences a year, both in-person and online. He is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine. He is double board-certified in both Surgery (the American Board of Surgery) and Plastic Surgery (the American Board of Plastic Surgery) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Lo has been in practice in St. Petersburg for over ten years and is pleased to bring his experience to his patients.
