After graduation from Tulane University, Dr. Hoffman earned his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. At the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, he carried out consecutive residencies in general surgery and urology. And at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, he completed fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Hoffman is a member of several urological associations and served as an assistant professor of urology at the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida.
