He continued his education with his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. While a resident, Dr. Wexler received the AAGL Surgical Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology award and the Top Resident for Medical Student Teaching honor for completing the most teaching topics for Ob/Gyn medical students.Dr. Wexler is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), and the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
