Care Philosophy: Dr. Lei Gao's medical expertise is adult clinical cardiology, non-invasive imagine cardiology and preventive cardiology. Dr. Gao obtained his medical degree from Zhenjiang Medical College in China and his PhD degree in neuroscience from Medical Unviersity of Ohio inToledo, Ohio. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine and cardiology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiogrphy, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular medicine.

Biography: J. Susie Woo, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist. Her medical interests include preventive and diagnostic cardiology; echocardiography; cardiac risk assessment; and valvular and aortic disease. She has specialized training in cardiac imaging and heart failure, with additional board certifications in Nuclear Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology._x000D_ Dr. Woo makes it a priority to listen and develop a strong patient-doctor relationship through education and open communication. She recognizes the need to understand each patient's differences and preferences, from the impact of genetics, race and gender to their reactions to medications and response to treatment. _x000D_ Dr. Woo was the Medical Director for Education and Outreach before taking on the role as Section Head for Cardiology at Virginia Mason in 2020. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and was recognized by both Seattle Magazine and Seattle Met Magazine as a Top Doctor in 2021. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Woo enjoys music, reading, Pilates, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Biography: Elizabeth Gold, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist with special interest in women's cardiovascular health, primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, risk factor reduction and research into the underlying cause of atherosclerosis. _x000D_ Dr. Gold enjoys working with patients over time, empowering them to make healthy lifestyle choices and making a positive difference in their lives. As a researcher studying the interaction between inflammation and lipid metabolism, she is able to bring the latest scientific insights into her conversations with patients. _x000D_ Dr. Gold is a senior scientist with the Institute for Systems Biology and a Fellow with the American College of Cardiology. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Gold spends time riding and competing with her horse, and enjoying the outdoors with her dogs.
