He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians, and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Biography: Joseph S. Leithold, MD has been in practice in Beavercreek since 1996. After spending the beginning of his career as a physician's assistant, Dr. Leithold decided to attend Wright State University's School of Medicine to become a physician. Dr. Leithold - who prefers his patients call him Dr. Joe - completed his internship and residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania, then returned to provide family practice care to the Dayton area. Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Leithold is committed to providing quality care to you and your family. Dr. Leithold lives in the Dayton area with his wife and their two sons.
