Care Philosophy: Mohammed Nayeemuddin, MD, is board-certified pulmonary disease specialist who seeks to provide a robust adult pulmonary practice experience in both outpatient and inpatient capacities. He brings a full depth of procedural skills to his practice, including endobronchial ultrasound and biopsy (EBUS), tunneled pleural catheter placements, lung nodule management and critical care ultrasound. Dr. Nayeemuddin believes that successful patient care depends on continuous communication and collaboration between the patient, their primary care provider and himself. He looks forward to maintaining an active relationship with his patients so that, together, each patient can get back to feeling their best. Dr. Troncales listens to his patient?s concerns and works to manage their illness alongside other members of their care team in both outpatient and hospital settings. Dr. Troncales takes pride in being a hands-on physician and takes the time to communicate with patients, their relatives and medical staff. Biography: Hazel Lupena, MD, is board-certified pulmonary disease specialist with special medical interest in interventional pulmonology, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer. _x000D_ Dr. Lupena strives to establish a good relationship and communication line with each patient as the key to understanding their needs and, in turn, for them to understand their health and medical treatment. In the ICU, she believes success depends on teamwork among the medical staff, and effective communication again plays a vital role in achieving this. _x000D_ Dr. Lupena is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians. _x000D_ Outside of work, Dr. Lupena enjoys running and traveling.

Dr. Talley strives to provide compassionate, ethical and evidence-based care with integrity to every patient. He treats patients age 16 and older.
