Mrs. Bosak has been my primary provider for three years and I couldn’t be happier. She is smart, kind and personable. Totally responsive. If I have a question I can email her and receive a response within a day. Appointments can be made on the same day if necessary. I totally trust her medical judgment.

If this would allow for zero stars I would do so. I have never had a medical provider be so as forceful as she has. Not once listening to recommendations about how to manage my diabetes she met me one time 10 minutes and I try to explain to her what I did with the previous doctor which actually worked. Because I didn't respond she dropped me from her practice which I feel is just fatous.
