Dr. Zoe Hickson, ND

This experience has been daunting. I called in to schedule a new patient appointment in February of 2024. Dr. Hickson was booked out until August and I scheduled for an August appointment. 30 mins before my appointment I received a call from her office staff stating my appointment is cancelled because the doctor is out sick. Understandable, things happen. I asked when am I rescheduled for and the lady was unable to provide a date stating she would call me back. Days pass, no follow up. I called the office this morning to follow up and was informed her first availability won’t be until November of 2024! I am beyond frustrated and staff have failed to assist me in any way. Save yourself the headache and seek a professional practice with professional staff.

I was very ill with pain and aches that 5 conventional Dr's couldn't diagnose. I was given antibiotics for Lyme disease which turned out was false, finally I was told I had fibromyalgia which is a BS diagnosis of I don't know what wrong with you. After my very thorough visit Dr. Hickson had a strong feeling that I had some autoimmune conditions and did an extensive bloodwork on me which revealed that I had Sjogren's syndrome and Graves' disease. She also found a lot of in tolerances that I had no idea of. She immediately put me on some naturalpathic remedies and I cannot thank her enough for how much my life has changed for the better. If you are looking for a fantastic naturalpathic doctor I couldn't recommend her more!!!!
