I saw Dr. Sikora mainly for depression - but it covered lots of topics.
I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts without being judged, and it was ok for me to cry (something normally hard to do since I bottle things up)
Not only did he listen well - he helped me moved forward with a plan to get better

Nice guy most of the time and definitely knows his stuff.
Sometimes however he can take things personally instead of figuring out how he can best help/accommodate client rather than scolding them. I felt very disrespected by him in one of my sessions and felt like he scolded me rather than brainstorming how we could solve the problem together.
I think he has potential but I believe he needs to revist the way(s) he interacts with clients and try to meet clients more of where they are at and challenge them in ways that are tailored to each individual rather than using a one size fits all approach.

Dr. Sikora is an excellent young professional. I come from a background of many years of counseling and dealing with my mental health issues. the Dr. is a quick study and is straight forward and very caring. I highly recommend this Medical group and in particular Dr. Sikora !

I have been a patient of Dr. Sikora's for over a year now. He is supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging and makes me feel comfortable. He has helped my anxiety tremendously and I would recommend anyone who has any mental heath issues to make an appointment.

Dr. Sikora is very arrogant,with no people skills, he is judgmental and not pleasant to talk with. I will not recommend him to nobody.
