As someone with lifelong anxiety, no therapist, medication or treatment option has had even a percentage point of the impact on improving my mental health that seeing Zach Burns has had in a matter of months. Zach has knowledge of how the brain functions in relation to mental health & how to apply research driven interventions to optimize mental & physical well being. Appointments with Zach arent hour long vent sessions, where you talk things out then go about a regular week. Becoming his patient opens you up to a host of healthy habits, behaviors & tactics to not just keep anxiety/depression at bay, but to fully realize the best version of yourself everyone aims to be. Zach knows better than anyone the effectiveness of these strategies because he openly uses them himself. In this way his therapy is comprehensive, a realization of an optimized life & not simply fending off negative symptoms once a week. Couldnt recommend Zach Burns more. Made me see therapy in an entirely new light

I've been seeing Zack for at least 2 years. He has taken me further in the last 2 years than any therapist I've seen in the last 30 years. With the help of talk therapy and neurofeedback, I have gained skills to help myself when experiencing bouts of depression and anxiety. I believe that neurofeedback has helped tremendously with my trauma issues. I have learned to be more assertive when expressing my feelings and needs.

Zach is very passionate about his work and has helped me in ways I never thought possible. I can't recommend him highly enough.
