Extremely rude control freak. My 92 yr old Dad asked me to accompany him to an appointment with Yuki the PA. I took the entire day off work to do so. She comes into the exam room and rudely interrupts my Dad when he is trying to introduce me as his daughter, and asks me to wait in the waiting room. I explained to her that my Dad REQUESTED I be there, he has trouble walking, and since he was there to discuss results of a recent MRI, he also often times will forget what was discussed before he even gets home. Does that matter to this rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional PA? Apparently not. Apparently she thinks SHE knows better was is best for a 92 year old. Instead of causing a scene which would have upset my Dad even more, I waited outside. But I FULLY intend to file a formal complaint with Scripps regarding this incident and this employee. I would avoid her at all costs.
