Im a new patient at Dr. Alayo's office. I was seen by NP which she answered all my questions and made sure I understood the reason for my visit. I was welcomed to call back with any questions or concerns. She was polite and knowledgeable.

Horrible! If I could give negative stars I would. She has such a horrible bedside manner. She accused me of not calling at my time for a telehealth call. THE DOCTOR OR NP IS SUPPOSED TO CALL! Dr. Alayo’s staff are incompetent and don’t put you on the schedule and then accuse you of not confirming with you. I’ve been suffering from painful stomach aches since my endoscopy and when she read my biopsy results she kept emphasizing that I had “mild” gastritis as of I shouldn’t be complaining about any pain at all. She also didn’t know about the medication that SHE prescribed and when I told her what I was taking she was like “oh, actually that’s too much medicine you’re taking”, in which I replied “I’m only taking what you prescribed!”. She never refilled my Prescription either! Save yourself and never go to Dr. Alayo’s office where this NP works!
