Frustrated and disappointed
Unfortunately this place has really let me down. I have gone to see this at this location 4 times and despite me asking for more tests and card, she only gave me one test at a time and even refused to see me this morning despite my inguinal hernia that could potentially be causing my persistent need to urinate. She just told the nurse to tell me to do a uroflow test and refused to see me despite me paying $80 for an office visit. She told me a doctor would be seeing me today along with the uroflow test but the office told me to schedule another appointment to be seen by the doctor. I’ve spent $400 for this place to tell me nothing… My concerns are brushed aside like they do not matter and I am met with matter of fact answers without any sympathy for my condition. I feel as though I have no choice but to report this to CA medical board and see if something can be done.
