Telehealth
I met with Dr. Matos twice, and both times she showed up late. In the second meeting, she was supposed to come with the results of my screening, which she had apparently not finished -- technical difficulties happened, and she left and came back 15 minutes later (all of which I still had to pay for). As for the diagnosis itself, poorly done. I left with a poor understanding of how ADHD affected me, and did not learn about masking, or how it could manifest in my life - she stuck to the book a bit too strictly. I was ghosted after the session when I emailed her about options to improve where I felt unheard or the evaluation was lacking. I cannot think of any redeeming qualities.
