I went to the clinic with my husband and 5 years old daughter and 3 years old son. She was very welcoming and gave a warm smile to my kids, talked very nicely to us – very friendly, honest, and genuine who vibrates with positive energy. Dr. Yana Michaels is such a good moral/ethic person who doesn’t rush you or in greed of making money. She is very professional and confident in what she does. She listens patiently, try to find solution that works best for the child/patient. I needed a letter for my child’s school and she went above and beyond to get it. She responds to my messages even when she was not on duty at the clinic. It is very rare to find such a good human being with pure heart in this world. I hope and pray that more doctors are like her. My whole life I couldn’t hear and was told I need hearing aids, however all I needed was a GOOD DOCTOR like DR YANA MICHAELS who took a thorough history and physical exam afterwards discovered I had my ears fully packed with wax. Despite being very busy with many patients at work that day, she didn’t have me come back for a follow up but took her time to clean them out thoroughly afterwards I became 20/20 in my ears. Dr. Michaels is an absolute professional and completely knowledgeable in what she does. Her and the whole team are truly lifesavers and they were able to diagnose and identify everything I was struggling with for quite some time. I asked her to help me and she gave me the most comprehensive examinations I had ever gone through and they did it wonderfully. This is a doctor that will listen when someone asks for help. She didn't disregard me, she stepped up to the challenge. I received an epipen and one week later, I had a severe reaction and their decision to get me a pen saved my life. From my first meeting with Yana Michaels where she thoroughly explained the testing procedures I was about to have, to our follow up meetings where she patiently reviewed my results, expertly advising me of my treatment options available in a friendly and trustworthy way; I really felt heard and understood. She truly made me feel like every question I had mattered, and that I was more than just another patient, but a person who she treated with the utmost care and concern. For actually listening to your patients and never rushing , Dr Micheal’s is godsend , it’s been years and years since I felt like I have a good doctor that can answer my questions and go over my concerns - the Dr took so much of her time to go over and elaborate every single detail of the process for me to get better.
