Telehealth
I saw her for an appointment to manage my condition. I am having real trouble. Instead of helping me navigate the process she denied my request for a prescription saying I needed an assessment or more paperwork without actually helping me to get an assessment or sending me paperwork. I feel the appointment was a waste of time, she was not an advocate for me, and I would not recommend going to her for compassionate care. She did not help me negotiate the process and said 'we will talk in a month' which is terrible to hear when you need treatment.
